Visited to shop for a vehicle for my son. Great selection of late model, clean vehicles to choose from. This is a far cry from the used car dealers of the past. All vehicles are unlocked so you can browse at your leisure. Rafael was our sales consultant and did a great job. Very helpful and no pressure. We didn't buy but plan to return to do some more shopping.

I had a fantastic car buying experience here! Our salesperson Joe was up-front, honest, and a pleasure to work with. I was very anxious about buying a car, but I left feeling like I got a great car at a fair price, and the process couldn't have been easier or quicker. They also had a great selection. Highly recommended!

Car max provided a fantastic car buying experience. The prices were realistic and affordable. The staff was perfect. The system itself in which they operate made car buying in general better. Salesman do not have to meet a certain quota. This results in salesman not pressuring you into buying a car you don't want and looking out for the customer more. I highly recommend car max to anyone looking for a car.

I worked with Rodney Jones and he was fabulous. He loves what he does & is not high pressure. He let us take our time and each test drive the car (both myself and my husband). They provide a very fair trade value, so there was no need to haggle on trade or vehicle price. The vehicle was in immaculate condition, the transfer from another CarMax location was smooth, and we are loving our new car! (We've had it a couple of weeks now)

I went in to CarMax because of the selection of vehicles I could see all in one location, with absolutely no intention of buying that day. After being told every vehicle was unlocked and we could look at everything we wanted, we walked around and saw all the models I wanted, with no pressure or pushy tactics. After I picked which one I wanted to test drive, I waited inside and relaxed until a salesman was available. We test drove the car right off the lot, and I loved it. Sam Powell is by far the best car salesman I've encountered, with no sales tactics, no telling me that the perfect car will be gone tomorrow. We literally drove the car around the area, laughed a lot, and if I had any questions, he knew the answer. 100% recommend Sam to anyone. Liked the car enough to see the numbers, and everything was great, so we started the signing process. William over on that end knew his stuff, was super helpful. Both gentleman stayed a little after hours so I could drive away in the car I wanted, and all the paperwork went smooth/quick. Always thought it was corny when they said "The way car buying should be", until I experienced it. This was beyond what I expected, I loved it.
