I had a great experience at Crown Nissan on Friday, November 3rd. Corbin Jensen was the sales representative I worked with. There were several things that impressed me about Corbin. 1. He contacted very quickly once I put in a request for test drive. The vehicle was waiting for me to test drive the moment I got there. 2. He was a very personable sales associate. Easy to talk to and very cordial. 3. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and could answer the questions I had. 4. I had to a rental car that day and he took responsibility of taking the rental keys so I that I did not have to wait for Enterprise to get the vehicle. I was pressed for time and couldn't stay any longer. Come to find out the Enterprise did not pick up the car until Saturday morning. Corbin also texted me to let me know that Enterprise picked up the vehicle. 5. His overall communication skills are to be commended. He is a fantastic addition to the sales force.

Today was the worst experience that I have ever had with any company. I visited Crown Nissan for a key replacement. I certainly dreaded coming to this company, because their service department is terrible and have incompetent agents who clearly have an issue with customer service, but nevertheless I had no choice as they are the only ones that can replace my key. I arrived to Crown Nissan at 9:44 am according to my uber receipt and walked in and was greeted by a surprisingly nice service agent. I explained to him that I needed a key replaced. He kindly walked me over to the parts department. The parts sales representative then stated that he needed my car to program the key. The car of course was not there and told me that I needed to have the car towed. Not ONCE did he mentioned that there was an internal towing that was provided. I didn't find that information out until I received an email from Chris, the parts manager around 10:30 am while I was sitting in the lobby. Three of the service reps saw a tow truck pull up and my car was taken to the back. I then walked back to the parts department and told the same gentleman who initially got my registration card and license that my car was here and could program the key. An hour went by and I asked the manager Chris again how long it takes, he said about an hour. I asked him had they pulled my car in, he told me that he didn't know. It's not 12:45 pm and I still don't have my car. I then ask the manager Chris is there a problem or do I need to call a ride. He then instead of handling the issue himself, walks me over to the service manager Gary. Gary then rudely asked me what I needed and I explained to him the situation. Not ONCE did I ask to speak with him, I just wanted my freaking car at this point. Not only was he rude, he then looked me in my face and stated "well you were speaking with parts and not service. So we didn't know your car needed serviced because you didn't walk over to me". I then become VERY infuriated because his attitude was clearly jacked up and his reps all had nothing to say to me. Then, there another service manager who stated "did he go over the price with you". At this point, NO ONE has apologized for putting me through this. I come back and a very nice gentlemen named Josh apologized and asked me who initially helped me, making an attempt to make me a PAYING customer happy. He then walked me over to where the general manager would be and he apparently was off. I asked him for his name, he chuckled and said he didn't know. That CLEARLY shows you that there is NO COMMUNICATION between the management team and their employees. NOW THIS IS THE KICKER! I am driving down 3-85 after missing two appointments and being late for work. Whatever they took apart underneath my hood to program the car, the failed to assemble back together. I hear this LOUD noise that sounded like my tire had popped. I pulled into my job parking lot, thinking that the tire was bad and was leaking. I call roadside assistance he told me there was nothing wrong with the tire. On the way home at 12:30 am after working, I keep hearing the sound and it was getting worse as I was driving. I look under the car and couldn't figure out where the sound was coming from. I notice I can't go over 45 mph. I look under the car and entire cover, I am assuming it's where the computer is, is NOT put back together, in fact it's missing EVERY SCREW! So now I have had this horrible experience and now they were looking to kill me in the midst of all of this by not putting my car back together! This is my only means of transportation and these people have been nothing but incentive. The manager Gary emailed me earlier that day STILL trying to blame the other manager Chris and attempted to apologize for his terrible attitude. He stated that he had been sick; like that was supposed to make me feel better. This has been the craziest experience ever! DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE CROOKS!

Update: Just got of the Crown Nissan of Greenville. Cindy got in touch with me Monday afternoon to hear more about our problem. She had great response time. Her team definitely went above and beyond to help us find a resolution!! We are beyond happy with our new car and we have Cindy, Roy, Toni, Aaron, and the GM to thank for that. Seek out her team for a warm, welcoming experience!! My husband and I found a car we love at this dealership. We agreed on a deal but the customer service of the managers is absolutely appalling. We took the car home and saw scratches as well as chipped paint. After deciding the color was unsatisfactory, we went back to see if they could trade out the car for the same model, year, and even sticker price, just a different color. We only drove it home and back to the dealership. We were told no for reasons that did not just add up. They wanted to charge us $5,000 more for the SAME CAR! We wanted to cancel a package as well that we have canceled in the past before, but they lied to us telling us it wasn't possible! We have never had problems with dealerships helping us out with whatever issues we have with a new purchase, even if it was weeks down the line. It has only been 36 hours and they were acting like we were pulling teeth from them!! Even the Nissan dealership in Anderson was shocked and treated us MUCH MUCH better.

Heather & I were impressed with Devante Wright in sales as he was courteous and most helpful with our auto purchase. The sale was smooth but was dismayed that the brake light/turn signal did not function properly and had to return for correction...was missed with inspection. We are very happy with our experience at Crown and love the new Rogue!

I purchase my new to me car last week and what a get experience. Devante, was our sales person and he was simply put GREAT! The people were not pushy or typical to the industry, which is always a plus. I love my car and will go back for my next purchase as well.
