I went to the used department and  Yianni (also sometimes known as Johnny, but let's stick with his real name) made my experience go really smooth .He literally went out of the way to make sure I was satisfied and got me into the car I wanted (in my price range) the same day. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. He treated me like I was family and showed genuine interest to help me! His father, Chris, also made me feel like I was at home .I honestly felt like I've known these guys for years. They were honest with me the entire time. I definitely would recommend these two gentleman to anybody.

I only deal with the guys at the Used lot, but they were all awesome, helpful, and not pushy! I even went back months later to get something else and the finance manager remembered who I was by name. Highly recommend.

Bought a 2017 Honda  CR-V EX in late August of last year and Alan Miller was my sales rep.  I came in once to see the vehicle and find out what was changed from my 2012 CR-V, etc.  Alan took me out for a test drive but I am slow to buy so I went home to think it over and do my homework.  When I decided to make the purchase, (the new 1.5 liter turbo engine did it for me) I came back and worked with Alan and made what I consider a very good deal on the model and color I wanted - which they did not have in stock but said they would get - and they got it a few days later!  It's Basque Red Pearl (knock out color!) with AWD since we still travel back to snow country to visit family at Christmas.  Alan spent time with me after the sale to go through many of the car's features including the new safety features (love the warning you get when cars are driving near you as you back out of a parking space)and helped me set up cell phone use in the car.  Recently, I had the car in for an oil change, saw Alan, and he was happy to come out and explain a feature I didn't quite understand how to use.  Wonderful person to work with.

Amanda was a great help. She is super friendly and an expert at her job. She is five stars but the dealership is not.

When I bought my new car there was a promotion to get a FREE Back To School gift card but I never received it. I was told there was a change in management and they wouldn't honor it even though it was advertised on the radio. Service visits take forever even if it's a simple oil change.
