"Do no harm" should be the first rule of order to a "caring" dental practice. In my case, I was irreperably harmed by an aggressive recommendation for a totally unnecessary treatment, the procedure(S) themselves, performed ineptly by an inexperienced dentist who truly was "practicing" -- I was told he had 10 years experience -- he had four! What a shame! for me . . . these guys move on; I, the trusting, unwary patient, am left with the problem their ethics and lack of expertise created. Thanks, guys! You ought to be ashamed of yourselves.

Hi Dr. Chet and Staff , it's Melinda, just want to confirm what has already been said. You and your Staff do a great job with all my many extensive dental procedures. You explain my dental needs and create a plan to restore my teeth , and I know its not an easy job. That is why I refer people to you with such ease and confidence. I also know you are such a caring family man, and ( Bonus) you are a Christian.

I called Dr. Chet Swartzentruber's office and talked to Ms. Judy, the Office Manager; I was so happy when I found out she worked at Dr. Chet's office. I have known Ms. Judy since my early 20's and she is SUPER NICE and very PROFESSIONAL! I expressed to her I was in major pain and she asked if I could come in for a 9:45AM appointment and I said yes ma'am I will be there. When I arrived, I didn't know what to expect because this was my first time going to see Dr. Chet, D.M.D. I got there and the entire office staff was so kind and professional. It’s my turn to go back and I am really nervous because I am hoping Dr. Chet will be a great dentist and as pain free as possible. I am blown away by the young lady that met with me first to take x-rays. She was so kind and she just really helped me to relax by telling me about how nice and gentle Dr. Chet is with all his patients! Then it's time to meet with Dr. Chet, he was so kind, professional and thorough. He didn't rush, and he took his time to answer all my questions. He discovered my bite was off and he had to deliver some bad news I have to get some major dental work. But, it has to be done and he is the dentist to do the dental work the correct way and I am at total ease about my upcoming appointment. He is a really nice dentist with an amazing office staff and clinic staff, so if you need a new dentist you should most definitely check out Carmichael Dental Care! Lastly Dr. Chet is a family man, sincere and a Christian these qualities make him even better!! I am thankful I ended up at Carmichael Dental Care.

I’ve been going here for almost two years now ! This is the best physican in my opinion and Michelle is the best dental assistant ! She even do a follow up call to make sure your procedure went well ! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a dental home !

I hate going to the dentist, but they made my first experience at their facility great! The front staff was so easy to work with and it didn't take forever to get a new patient appointment! Dr. Keahey is also the best! I've been going to him for years! If you're looking for a new dentist office, I definitely recommend Carmichael dental care!!!
