I visited Dr. Harris’ Office in 2010/2011 due to a chipped tooth emergency. After several appointments, the day finally came when I would have my crown installed. During the appointment I could feel Dr. Harris placing something on my front tooth that wasn’t chipped. I call that tooth, the “good” tooth. After the appointment everything appeared fine. A few months later I noticed a thin piece of what I thought was food in my mouth. I later realized that this thin piece was placed on the “good” tooth. The crown was too big and did not match my other front tooth. Dr. Harris knew this when he installed the crown. Instead of telling me, he tried to cover it up by placing something on my “good” tooth so both teeth seem like they were the same size. Today this same crown is still in and it’s a true embarrassment. I love to laugh and smile but now I hide my smile. It’s terrible! Then to top it off, I called the office about it some time ago and I was told my teeth probably just shifted and I may need braces. That employee gave me that advice and had not even seen my teeth. I do not have anything to gain from this review. I am sure Dr. Harris has done and still does great work. He just failed me that one time. I do not want money or even for Dr. Harris to repair his mistake. I just needed him to know how his mistake has effected my life. I have been searching for a dentist to help me and as soon as I locate one that I trust, I will get my smile back!

The following is an excerpt from a Facebook Post today: "...Over the years I have developed a support structure within my church (First Baptist), my doctors, my dentist, my bank, my UPS driver, my go-to professionals and those persons for whom I share mutual love. These are things you can't rebuild overnight. This point was brought home to me today after the bridge in my mouth detached during the night Friday. Fortunately I did not swallow it. I woke up long enough to take it out of my mouth and put it on my night table and then I went back to sleep. After stressing about it all weekend, today my wonderful dentist, Dr. Scott Harris, and his super friendly staff, painlessly fixed the supporting structure and cemented it back in as good as new, providing soothing words of comfort all the way. How fortunate and thankful I am to have him and the other medical professionals like him in my life who are a phone call away. Life is good!"

Dr. Harris and his staff are amazing! I have been a patient for about 12 years now...even though I have moved to a different city, I make the drive just to come here. They really care about you as a patient and make you feel very comfortable. I will continue to be a patient for many years to come!

The best experience I've had at any dentist Alison Seales was very nice and she made me feel very comfortable the entire time. The young lady at the front desk was polite also..

Dr. Harris and his staff are the best! He has always performed excellent work. When I recently had some unexpected dental issues that were going to exceed the maximum allowed by my dental insurance, he worked hard to ensure I was able to receive the treatment and still stay under that maximum. Btw, I had two root canals and a crown -due to a chipped/cracked onlay placed by another dentist several years ago. Dr. Harris and his staff are caring, efficient, well trained, and very knowledgable. I cannot say enough good things about them.
