I absolutely love Carolina dental arts. It was a wonderful experience from the amazing front desk staff (Cordarrell, Ariel and Jessica) those 3 are amazing. They great you with such a warm smile,  the decor is so beautiful, it’s not a stuffy environment at all. Dr. Powell has to be my most favorite there. He is very effective in his work and his approach is amazing. The staff as a whole makes going to the dentist exciting. Fun. They are knowledgeable about what they do, and they give you 5 star treatment. I would Recommend this place to any and everyone

Staff who did my first exam and cleaning were great, but office staff at front desk have yet to call me back after 8 days now.
I called earlier and they said they'd call me back later that day, never got a call. Same when I was there in person and they said they'd call me back next day.
I'm not sure what's so hard about proper customer service here and following up with the customer after saying you would.

I have been seeing Dr. Chris and his incredible staff over the past 5 years and they are nothing short of AMAZING! Between routine cleanings, fillings, and a recent root canal & crown they always take good care of me and make me feel at ease! I hate going to the dentist but they are super kind, friendly and do a great job at staying on time. All of which makes a huge difference when having to go!

I've been scared of the dentist my whole life, but everyone at Carolina Dental Arts took that fear away! The front desk staff is absolutely amazing! Dr.Powell and the hygienist were great and made me super super comfortable! It's overall a phenomenal environment !

After my last dentist experience I was terrified and hadn’t been in a while. However I heard about Carolina Dental Arts from a guy employee promoting downtown one this year. Let’s just say From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. Staff greeted me and got me signed in. The dentist didn’t keep me waiting long. He walked me through and broke down what he was going to be doing. I can’t to go back for my next cleaning....
