I have nothing but positive things to say about University Dental Associates Interchange. After bad experiences with other dentists, I had not been to the dentist in a few years, and was dreading yet another experience. I was delighted with the care and attention I received at University. Everyone on the staff goes out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible. I had a root canal yesterday and I am surprised at how little pain I felt. And, the billing people are excellent, too. I am surprised by the comment about a Saturday (surely we should understand that they don't work on Saturday!). I highly recommend Dr. Xu and everyone at the practice.

Not only did they not verify my insurance information and called me on Saturday morning to try to do it at last minute. They also had me go Monday morning just to let me know that if I didn't have the cash to pay for the full cost upfront then i could not be seen. This is completely unprofessional and careless of their patients that miss work she could've perfectly let me know Saturday that if I didn't have the money to pay for the full cost to just reschedule until they could verify my insurance information. *Hence: they called me twice for it. The second time the person wasn't even aware that I had already submitted my info. Very upset don't waste people time and days they ask off work for no reason. I never argue with anybody but who was working made no effort whatsoever to help the situation all they did was act as if, "oh it's no biggie just reschedule," as if I won't be missing two days of work now. Funny thing I read their reviews in the morning decided to give it a shot! Guess what? The bad reviews were legitimate!

My wife and I have been going to this dentist office for several years. I come because of the way they treat meet... as if we are family. Thank you Meena for always taking care of me and Stacy for your awesome customer service! You both truly make this experience wonderful every time. You ladies rock!! Keep up the good work. UDA is like family and has been my dentist for a long time and I've gone through a couple hygienists and doctors through the years, (some moved to other places and some retired) but they have always been great. It's always a pleasure to see my current hygenist, Cathy, and Dr. Yu is great. Cathy is very experienced, seasoned, and cleans my teeth comfortably and efficiently. I love the calming music she plays. I was very happy of their recommendations on care and also what to expect as I went forward and when I'd be needing certain X-rays and panoramic in the future. They seemed very pleased with my teeth health and that always makes me happy that I'm doing a good job! Everyone from the front desk to checkout has always been very friendly and professional. Thanks for all you do, UDA!

Dr. Yu made me feel like a son talking to his dad, rather than a doctor talking to his patient. He was honest about everything from the start, he didn't just want my money like other doctors.
