Friendly and caring staff. They worked very hard to help me and they are continuing to do their best to help me in a timely manner. The nurses are very kind, the dental hygienist is extremely knowledgeable, and the primary dentist works quickly and carefully to help you find the proper treatment you need for the best results. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for great dental care at an affordable price. This is by far the best dental office I've ever entered.

I will be honest, my overall in office experience was great, besides the unfortunate wait (which I did expect and really did not bother me, I was going in after 5 after all). BUT, and yes I understand that most of this goes back on my insurance, but, after being told more than one time that all my services were covered by office staff, and setting up a payment plan for what was NOT covered and paying off that balance I received a bill for almost $500. Again, I understand that sometimes insurance does not cover everything, in that case, staff should never tell someone that something will be covered, as I made it VERY clear, more than one time, I could not afford it unless insurance covered it. 

I went back and forth with this office, time and time again and was told that there would be a resolution, to help reduce the amount AFTER they admitted to the fault. The lady I was working on this with went on maternity leave, and low and behold she never came back, and there was never a resolution. So then I get a bill, I contacted the office and spoke with Kathy the office manager, things did get a bit heated and she did give more attitude than a manager should, but I did give that as well. 

What got me the most is, I requested to speak with an OWNER, and was told "they will not make the call, they are too busy opening another office"

REALLY?! Are you serious? Your opening another business and you cant take 5 minutes out of your day to make a PHONE call to a patient? That is BAD BUSINESS. I recommend to NEVER give any of these locations your business. You are a business OWNER, issues come up that YOU need to resolve, not your office staff, not your representatives. It is a 5 minute phone call, make it. 

Before the comment is made "that is the way business is handled", I assure you it is NOT and if that is the way you run your business then you should not be in business, I have worked for many business' and when a customer calls and requests to speak with an owner after such lengthy dialogue, guess what, that owner MAKES the time. 

If the owners happen to read this, please give me a call, I am sure your office manager will remember me, if not you need a new one.

Overall, my experience here today was fantastic. My hygienist saw me for a tooth ache & was very knowledgable and sympathetic to my pain. She answered all of my questions thoroughly. The only issue i had was when she took me upfront to pay for my extraction, the lady working up front was completely rude to her. She acted as though it was an inconvenience that my hygienist was even speaking to her. She had a terrible attitude and lack of respect. So overall, great staff in the back. Just need to teach your front desk some manners and how to treat her coworkers. Will definitely be returning if i can see the same hygienist!

I just wanted to say thank you to the kind girl my grandmother keeps raving about at your office; thank you for going into the lobby and physically helping my grandmother to stand up out of her chair today. Thank you Randi, for being gentle, patient, and understanding. Thank you for speaking to her as if she were your family. And thank you for making someone close to my heart comfortable during a not so comfortable appointment. We will be back!

Brand New Customer, I felt right at home,  the ease and convenience initially drew me to them being  a growing business professional. The staff felt like family and gave me some good advice about how to maintain my lower bar container and also educated me on potential results if I didn't maintain it. Overall they exceeded my expectations and I wanted to take time to recognize them...
