I am giving 2 stars because many of the staff were terrific to deal with.  The PA I had was a nightmare experience.  I have never dealt with someone in the medical profession who seemed so angry for no reason and then went over and started whispering to someone else while I waited.  She could not focus on the reason I was there.  I talked to the manager about this and she said that that "PA is from New York", as if that explained everything.   The manager was great and so was everyone except the "New York PA".  I never got my needs addressed. The manager gave me a no charge and I will not return.  This would be funny if I were reading it about someone else.

PATIENT UNFRIENDLY
I waited 90 minutes for an appointment with Dr Wieland and when I complained there was no indication of how much longer I would have to wait....so I  cancelled the appointment...they have probably a policy of over booking appointments for the benefit of the doctors and the inconvenience of patients.
