Molina could care less about what medications you're prescribed, if they don't cover it, to bad. I've had to pay hundreds of dollars, had to do without medicine that gave me horrible withdraw-like symptoms, vomiting, felt like the flu. Pre-Authorization required on almost every prescription I try to fill. That alone can take and has taken over 2 weeks to get straight. Its a big nightmare and i can't wait to switch plans. There's no compassion, its about the dollar. Horrible service!

I stopped by Molina Healthcare to leave something at the front desk for one of their employees. I was greeted by Harvey, who was sitting in for Olivia while she was away. Harvey's warm welcome, interest in making sure my needs we met, and friendly personality were top-notch. He made me feel as if he sincerely cared that I was in front of his desk. If all of the employees of Molina invest in their clients as much as Harvey, I expect they have a wonderful team.

I have been a member since 2016 and i still have not yet received my insurance cards. I call every month to re order and they never come. I have been trying to get in contact with claims for months now with out a response. It should not take 45 days to handle a medical claim. While your dragging your ass im still accumulating bills that needs to be paid. I cannot wait for this to be all over so that i can drop you as a provider and tell everyone how sucky you are, and that you dont care about your members!

I wouldn't refer them to anyone. They are awful I cant wait to switch plans.
