They saved my dog twice when other vets suggested she be put down due to the complexity of her spine. At no fault of the other vets, my dog was hit by 2 cars when she was 3 years old and recovered but not without leaving her spine in bad shape. Fast forward 7 years and you can image how different and difficult her spine is for a surgeon (fused vertebrate, large amount of scar tissue, ect) . Didn't matter, they nailed it and she has recovered twice with a much better quality of life each time. This place is 24 hours with specialist that can perform at this caliber? Easy 5 stars

I hate having to take my dog to an emergency room, but unfortunately she’s getting older and we’ve had some scares this last year. I’ve taken her to the vet twice now, and every time has been wonderful. They really treat your pets like their own and I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen even when I walk in with no appointment. I highly recommend this place if you have to take your dog in for an emergency.

If you have to bring your animal here late at night for any reason, pick somewhere else. They may have a great surgical team but the vets here don’t give a rats a** about your pet. They’re here for the money. I took my dog here because he got in a fight with another dog and messed his ear up and I waited an hour to get seen and another 30 minutes to get his “vitals” checked. They came back and claimed he had to be sedated to in order to do anything to him. The vet laughed at me for coming in with an ear problem at 3am when I specifically stated that my dog could not sleep, he kept walking around the house shaking blood over the couch and walls and beds, and when anything touch him he would yelp bloody murder. She made me feel like I was a monster because I chose not to do the procedure, which she stated was “inhumane” to not sedate my dog in other words “blow all the money I don’t have on something I can do myself.” They Completely missed his symptoms, physically and mentally. Took him to another vet which found a clear and serious problem which a toddler would even know something was wrong and took care of it for an extremely reasonable price. I wasted my whole night and $200 just for antibiotics and pain meds. Don’t ever let your animal out of sight unless a procedure needs to take place. Vets are supposed to be able to check vitals and diagnose a problem in the room

I've used this facility many times for my personal dogs. They are an "ok" option for emergency only. Never been thrilled with their services but when it's an after hours emergency and don't really have other options. I just used them for a client and they could not have been more rude and disrespectful. My company was the one who brought their dog there, filled out all the paperwork, paid $975 to them for treatment but now are not allowing us to know any information even after the owner, who is out of town, gave permission. Will not use them again, nor refer any clients to them.

Our SICK DOG misdiagnosed & had to be put to sleep at age 5. I wish everyone considering this dying field would truly go elsewhere. This is the worse experience & our hearts are broken. They MILKED us for 12k & our reg vet diagnosed their doctor???? gordon's incompetent surgerical procedure but too late.(BEWARE)!!! Lost the love of our life. NO COMPASSION..doctor gordon has the bedside manners of a horsefly. Reminded us daily how much $ we owed. PLEASE DON'T LET THEM DO THE SAME TO YOU💔💔💔💔💔 THEY DESERVE MINUS STARS NOT ONE
