Staff was very polite and my apt was on time. I didn't even get to fill out all the paper work and they were calling me back for my mri. Inside the machine I kept having muscle spasms and it was messing up the imaging but they were very patient. Didn't say one thing besides "seems we have some movements what's going on sweetheart? Are you uncomfortable? " when I told them what was going on, they said "okay we got all the time in the world. We will keep trying till we get a clear image." I knew they didn't have all the time in the world but after a couple more tries they got what they needed to." I felt comfortable there, not like I was a problem or nor like they were getting upset by I might have been delayed oth other patients with their Apts.
