I live in Michigan. My daughters best friend now lives in London Kentucky. Today is her birthday and I wanted to surprise her with some birthday flowers. I prayed google had given me the correct number to a flower shop in London. I chose Carousel Florists and Gifts. I found what I wanted on their website. I proceeded to call. Not only did google  not disappoint me, the lady who answered the phone didn't either. She answered every question I had. I just got a :"Thank U Mama" text with a picture of the flowers I had ordered for her. THANK U SO MUCH CAROUSEL FLORISTS &GIFTS. You helped me make her distance from us not so distance. I will definitely be calling again. Much love Mama Lane

First, the funeral spray for my grandmother, and the level of quality your staff poured into ensuring the our sympathy was met with your compassion, will never be forgotten. During our time of grief, you met us where we were; who knew that a florist business owner had such a compassionate job. 
Second, on Mothers Day, since you had earned my trust, I gave you the freedom to choose something my mother would like. It was spot on! Jayna and Joyce, thanks! I will be using you for my florist needs going forward.

That was so sorry!!! Trying to send flowers to my best friends funeral and you embarrassed me with a pop can with a few flowers. Never ever use you again!!!

I live in New Hampshire and my mother lives in KY. Everytime I make an order for flowers for my mother or even my grandmother they always ge there and they are always beautiful. My mother and grandmother are always happy. They are a wonderful flower shop
