The team from this company was professional, thorough and did exactly what they said they'd do - cleaned our rugs and carpet so they've never looked any better. I highly recommend them for excellent work at a reasonable price!

Don't ever go to this business. I had my cleaning done in unreasonable price and found out that one of the workers was illegally taken from the road and stole my property. They confessed they stole my belongings and returned the property. However, the manager yelled at me for questioning the thief's name, and told me to 'good luck, and be happy that I found my belonging'. I even showed them the places that needed to be done, and when I was at the second floor and they were at the first floor doing the staircases (only staircases have carpet), they did not know my sister was sleeping downstairs and sneaked up on her, and was surprised because my sister yelled as she was surprised an intruder to come in to her room. So they had intentions to steal the property. I cannot stand them lying and giving out excuses. Then next day, they both lied me about what has happened to the thief (told me that he gave the jewelry back to them before he ran away; I believe no one would buy this), and told me that the 'did not know me'. He hung up on me yelling, "bye, bye, bye". I paid 450 dollars for two staircases and one bedroom. 50 dollars tip, and they told me they 'do not know me'. I paid for their service, for their worker, and yet they don't have the worker on file and told me did not have working visa or whatsoever. So if you want your belongings to be stolen, and treated like nothing, use this service.

When we wanted our carpets cleaned at the store, we called this company for a professional cleaning. Their technician was very professional and quick. He cleaned our carpets at a very affordable price.

I made the mistake of utilizing this company recently. Their business practices verge on being a scam - the old bait and switch. They'll lie to you on the phone, then charge $400 to clean a small apartment. I had initially called their phone number to ask about pricing. They stated it was $29 per room depending on condition (mine weren't that dirty). I asked whether this was for a specifically-sized room, or whether the charge was actually per square foot. The person said that no, it's not per square foot, but large connected rooms (open floor plan) are $69. I do not have that, I just have two small bedrooms and a living room. So I expected the cheapest overall cost to be about $100 for the three rooms, guessing that there might be upgrades which would maybe push it up to $200, to be generous. Well the two guys show up that Sunday morning (about 30 minutes after the appointment), unpack their equipment into my apartment and set everything up. Then the lead guy takes some measurements and approaches me with some prices scratched onto a notepad. The pricing structure he described was completely different than explained to me on the phone. There were three price levels, all per square foot! He said there's no "per-room" price. The lowest price level included basic steam-cleaning only, and only the highest price level included the use of shampoo. (If I'm going to go through the effort of getting my carpets cleaned I'm going to want shampoo.) That highest level was almost $500. While I was tempted to tell them to f**k off, I honestly just wanted to get it done because it was my only day off in a month and didn't want to have to find someone else. Plus the second dude started shampooing before I ever said which level I wanted. The main guy ended up giving me a "first-time customer discount" but the total was still $400. Ridiculous. I bit my tongue and paid it. At least the carpets seemed to look nice... although once they dried, there were a few areas with streaks where the dirty water wasn't evenly removed from the carpet. By the way, they're not even based in Glendale. The receipt lists some place in Encino. Plus, I'd bet $400 that the positive reviews on here are fake. I'd avoid this 'company' at all costs. So scammy.
