I've been using Elite Cleaners company for over a year now, about once a week, for wash and fold and dry cleaning. They are a wonderful company, and my items come back exactly as I want. I usually go early morning so there is minimal wait time, and they are always friendly and helpful in understanding and special requests. I love their commitment to sustainable business practices, and recommend them highly!

Worst dry cleaners ever. They were suppose to perm press my stuff and everything doesn't looked pressed they are all wrinkled and looks like they haven't even been pressed. First they give a time to pick up and they were even ready. I had to go multiple time and weren't done till 2 hours after original pick up time. Don't ever come here.

Been taking my clothes here for cleaning the past 10 years. Always a good job with the clothes. Great prices and nice people. They also do alterations here.

My husband and I are very dissatisfied with how they treated my husband the last time he used their services. He had taken his tuxedo to have it cleaned. He had worn this tuxedo once and once only (for our wedding). He picked up the suit a few days after and when he got home and inspected the tux, he noticed that the stain on the jacket seemed less noticeable, however the fabric on the pants looked completely fuzzy/worn! The waistband also had weird folds pressed into it. This upset us because we were planning to sell the tuxedo (since it is wedding season May-June). The next day, he decided to take it back to them to discuss the condition of his pants. The lady at the counter briefly looked at the pants and commented that they looked old. She finally said that she would have the owner take a look at them. He left the tux with her and went back a few days later. When he went back, the lady explained that there was nothing they had done to damage the pants, and she said that in fact the pants looked old and must have either been over-worn by him, or she suspected he purchased used pants. She wasn't very nice about it. He tried to explain to her that the pants are not old, cheap, nor were they used when he purchased them. Dear reader, please note that these pants were only worn ONCE, at our WEDDING. This tuxedo was not cheap! In the end she only offered to have the pants re-pressed. Honestly, repressing the pants would not have helped. What would have helped is if they had offered a level of customer service which made the customer feel trusted and valued, rather than accusing the customer of lying. It would have been better for them to admit their fault and reimburse my husband. It's a shame, because we liked this company and enjoyed the convenience of their services. Due to this horrible experience, he and I will be taking our business elsewhere.
