Daniel is awesome! We went here for our window draperys for the new house and it was the best service. Bahar also was. Their Thousand Oaks showroom is hands down the best. Call them you wont be disappointed.

Talk about a comfortable and caring experience.  We inherited a nursery rocking chair that was clearly outdated.  After shopping around quite a bit for a quality upholstery place, we finally decided to go with Daniel's.

So glad we did.  They were extremely courteous and had a great eye for design.  The ideas they provided to modernize  the chair, while maintaining its nursery character were beyond our expectations.  

I highly recommend them!

Daniel and his wonderful design associates are THE BEST, bar none. I had all sorts of unusual design projects to complete, from reupholstering a sofa to hanging a giant 6x6ft tapestry from a two-story high loft wall. Everything was executed beautifully - on time, with no problems of any kind - very reassuring if you are a design professional who is stressed on under deadline. Daniel has the best craftsmen at his disposal - dedicated, knowledgeable and with a deep understanding of quality and good taste. In addition, the fabric resources and the selections are vast - I was able to find great fabrics at very reasonable prices. Aside from Daniel, his associates Marina and Bahar have uniformly good taste and you just can't go wrong in asking for their advice. Stellar, pure and simple!

Went to Daniels to get my sofa re upholstered after some years of damage it had on the leather. Daniel was really helpful and told me the exact cost. I event recommended them for interior design for a neighbor .

We had moved across country and just moved back.  We returned to Daniel after about 25 years.  The work he did for us way back when held up very well.
We spent our time on selecting fabrics and finishes, not on getting other quotes.  Pricing seemed reasonable.
We worked with 3 or 4 different designers there to help in fabric selection both in the store and in our home.
Danny and team were always helpful, gave us professional opinions of what would work and what would not.  Results are very good.  
The delivery people, installers, refinishers and upholsterers were always pleasant to work with and concerned that things be done right.
Work included Reupholstered two sofas; Refinished 3 tables plus the wood on one sofa; Created swags for windows in 2 rooms; Built a custom head board; Trimmed a bedskirt to fit; Created a table runner; Made some pillows.
