I don’t usually write reviews, but felt compelled to do so after my great experience with this company. I found their website by accident while hunting around on the web for sources of replacement CH751 locks for my RV. Their claim that there were over 9000 combinations available with their tubular cam locks reassured me that security would not be an issue if I purchased these. Also the ability to order an arbitrary number of locks which were keyed alike was important. The selection process was very smooth as they offered a printable actual-size measuring guide sheet which clearly explained how to measure my existing locks. Shipping costs to Canada were very reasonable, which is a rarity, and the ordering process on their site was easy to navigate and worked without issue. One minor complaint: I did not receive an email confirmation that the order had been processed and shipped. Worried that it had been misplaced, I called in to check status a week later. I got through to someone right away and he told me that order had already shipped and provided me with a tracking number. My package arrived a couple of days later, within the expected shipping time-frame. The packaging was done nicely, each lock and the accessories were sealed into separate compartments in a customized plastic bag. Instructions were provided (although not needed). I was able to quickly replace my old locks with the new ones – the included square cam adapters allowed me to reuse my existing cams and gave me the flexibility to orient the locks for each compartment all in the same direction; The key is inserted in the same orientation for each lock and I can easily tell by a quick look whether a compartment is locked or unlocked. The locks are well built and operate smoothly. So, in summary, I’m very pleased and glad that I found Industrial Lock and Hardware for my replacement cam lock needs. Would definitely recommend!
