Excellent experience!! We went for our 23 yrs anniversary dinner and Tatiana, our server did an amazing job, she keep checking on us and make sure our dinner was amazing. She even surprise us with a dessert. No only the services was amazing, the food was tasteful and we love the sangria. We will back soon!!

DO NOT EAT HERE! I decided to eat here for my BIRTHDAY on 12/11. It's a monday night around 10 pm so it's slow. The "hostess" sat us down at our table and handed us menus. About 10 minutes later we had no server to take our order or even introduce themselves. I noticed that the "hostess" seated 2 other families in the same section. About another 10 minutes I noticed one of the other guest had their drinks but I didn't catch who was helping them. Another male server comes out and starts to serve the other family. I politely asked the server that came in if this was his section and why no one is helping us when we were the first guest. He told me that this was not his section( but he's clearly serving another family right in front of my face) and that he would get my waitress, who happened to be the "hostess" who sat us down. So I wait another 10 minutes still no one came. It wasn't until I shouted for the manager that the "hostess" ( I didn't get her name) then came from the back and wanted to serve me. I was already upset by that time. I told the manager who was on duty that night JONATHAN what had occurred. He nor the girl had any explanation as to why she DECIDED to serve the other guest and not even acknowledge my table.Even the server who "claimed" that the section belonged to the hostess didn't even attempt to get our table started with drinks to at least calm us down. NOPE! Nothing! The manager offered to serve me personally but this place had already put a bad taste in my mouth. When there is a full staff and total of only 6 other guest in the whole restaurant on a monday night, I was the first guest to be seated, and everyone is being served but my table ON MY BIRTHDAY it makes you wonder. I would advise to keep driving past this restaurant, there's plenty of others on I-drive who would gladly serve you.

We chose Carrabba's on our final Night in Orlando, and we weren't disappointed! What impressed us the most, however, was the management taking immediate care of an issue. I ordered a drink, and somehow a chewed up cocktail straw had ended up inside my drink straw, which of course I sucked down my throat! Management came to our table and apologized, and offered free appetizers and drinks for the evening. Truly unexpected, but welcomed!

Had the best dinner ever.. Sausage and lentil soup, most amazing soup I've ever had.. Medium well steak with the spicy butter, so juicy and delicious.. That spicy butter is something worth tasting..
