Shawn was amazing. Point blank period. After a long day at Disney my family and I came to eat and relax. Shawn took his time also suggested several different items for us to try, which were actually quite amazing. Bottom line he was a great server and we appreciate it.

Good food and service (for the most part). Sat at the bar and was waited on right away, and they came back often until towards the end. Plus bathroom was dirty.

We walked in for dinner at 4. There were 4 of us and empty tables EVERYWHERE. two other groups were waiting and noone was anywhere to be seen. The guy told us the wait was 15-20 minutes. How do you figure? Empty tables everywhere. I saw 2 families of 3 or 4 eating. That's it. Absolutely ridiculous.

Sat at the bar, both food and drink service was very poor from bartender. He was more interested in doing bartender tricks (with random items, not while productively making someone's drink mind you) than getting us another round. My water and my girlfriend's drink both sat empty, the bar wasn't even busy. Food was cold, bartender blamed it on endless apps special going on as if that was an excuse. Manager was overheard gossiping with crew in front of guests, in the middle of the bar...and last but not least, the bartender was talking about another bartender with a guest and jokingly said, "he does look like me, but he's a little gayer," and said it in front of the other bartender poking fun at him. They all shared a good laugh as they joked about homosexuality. Very unprofessional, lazy environment. You can tell this location has bad management. This was primetime on a Saturday night...

Terrible experience waited 30 mins for the waitress to bring a drink.we are stripes members ,asked for chips and salsa which never came.Eventually got our drink then placed our order,after 30 mins food came pasta and ribs with fries were luke warm but mahi was warm.we had 3 guests in our party and always tip well but in this case our waitress did not receive a tip as the whole experience was not even worthy of a one star.
