We had a very large party and were treated well. The servers did a great job of getting everyone their food, which tasted great. Our drinks were refilled and bread was brought often. Pleasant experience like you would expect at any Carrabba's.

If you love Italian food this is the best! 
Food is excellent....never been unhappy with anything that I've had. Waiter recommended something for me because what I wanted had been discontinued and as always it was great.

The food was really good the waitress was very knowledgeable about the different meals and the manager came to our table and thanked us for coming there and ask if everything was to our liking. Great experience will go back. Ty

The wait was ridiculously long! They use NO pager system or people alerts like most restaurants.   The hostess  yells your name. People coming into the restaurant were seated  far sooner than our party and others that had been waiting for nearly an hour or more.  The hostess continued  to not have a handle on the seating.  Parties began taking other patrons seats by lying about their booking or check in names.    The food is hustled  through the packed waiting area of people  with no cover on the food allowing it to be exposed by germs of everyone waiting to be seated. THERE'S GOT TO BE A BETTER ROUTE FOR THE FOOD TO GET TO THE TABLES THAN THROUGH THE CROWD OF WAITING PEOPLE.

We preordered a dinner on Tuesday for pick up Friday night.   It was for 30 people with various food allergy people and the main reason we chose this restaurant specifically because of their gluten free menu.  We confirmed our order morning off. We were called by the manager at 900pm to let us know that they decided to close at 800pm and could no longer fill our order.  They waiting a full hour after they closed to notify us when our pick up was scheduled to be picked up with in 45 min.   Now I have 30 people hungry that I had to scramble to feed and instead of our budgeted price we had for our meal I know have to pay $600 to another restaurant that was happy to feed us.   We are coming back for a state tournament in March and I will make sure to let every school across the state know to never frequent this location.
