I went in with a baseball jersey and two shirts. I usually get good service here but Tuesday was disappointing. I attempted to convey to the attendant where the stains were and what they were from to help the prespotting to which I was told that prespot is not guaranteed and that someone goes over the garment to get the stains. I couldn't even get out what caused the stain and the attendant had no interest in writing down the cause. Mind you, I've used them before and had dirty collars returned to me. I don't understand this prespot not guaranteed? I am showing you the stains so you can mark them and their cause for whoever is doing the dry cleaning. I usually do dry cleaning on Long Island and this has never been a concept to me so I don't understand what's going on. I think almost $10 for a baseball jersey to be told prespot is not guaranteed is laughable. It is poor value especially for the turn around times being 3+ days. I will likely try somewhere else and you should too.

Your clothes won't look any better...Stay away from this place. I had been going to this place for about 8 months untill I finally just gave up. I would take my husbands slacks in every week to get dry cleaned. Out of the 5 pairs I would take it, AT LEAST ONE pair would be messed up, if not two pair. They would ALWAYS press them wrong, leaving a double crease in the pants. I was VERY patient would these people. My husband would get so mad in the morning when he put badly pressed pants on that he paid for... I told them what was happening- The first time I told them, I told the lady that works at night with the dark hair...She gave me a free pair. That was great. and I figured after the first time it wouldnt happen again. Wrong. Then I called the owner, and told him and he said come in and we will re-do it. Great an extra drive for me...Then it kept happening and the last ditch effort... I went in to pick up a pair of pants that was supposed to be ready by 9a.m...and I went at 1pm...THEY WERNT READY. This was a pair that I had to get REDONE...because they pressed a HUGE 12 inch crease into the leg of the pant.... They wernt even ready then the owner told me to come back in an hour!!! I said NO! I told her all the trouble I was having with this place and instead of listening and caring she said "Oh really we just got 100 new customers this month" REALLY? Wait till they figure out how bad you guys are. I no longer go there, I have gotten screwed enough by these people- and owners who dont care, but would rather disagree with you when you have a problem. Thanks Carriage Cleaners... The Carlsons. We took our money to Erwins They at least do the job right! I will also make sure to pass on the word to others not to go here. **Just a side note- You should tell the lady who works at night not to question people who come in about there relationship with the person they are picking the pants up for- Makes it uncomfortable when you dont want to have to explain to a stranger. ***Just Saying.
The attendant told us they were "overwhelmed" and couldn't take anything until next week. Went to Town and Country Cleaners nearby and they told me I could pick up my garments tonight.
Carriage cleaners does a great job. I am always happy with their work. The shirt laundary is great too.
I have been using this cleaner for drycleaning and alterations and am very satisfied with their work
