Don't stay here. Spend the extra money to stay anywhere else. I woke up with an eyelid infection on the third morning from what I can presume was caused by the dirty pillow, since the side I was sleeping on was what became infected. Had to miss skiing that morning to go to Urgent Care for a prescription before hitting my last day on the mountain. The rooms are drab, outdated, not very clean. The carpets are crusty & the towels are stiff. We were told we would have a balcony, but we ended up being placed on the ground floor next to the entrance (no privacy). I also called ahead of our arrival asking if we'd need to visit their "reception" at their sister hotel. Since we didn't rent a car, they said we could handle everything over the phone when we arrived. But when we got there, they then told us we'd have to go to sister hotel to get a key for our room or else we'd be placed in a basement room. Thanks to the city's amazing bus service, we stayed in the rooms as little as possible.

We rented a condo here for a week. The condo itself had all we needed, so that was great. The building itself is only average. Convenient to the Park City bus lines. The laundry room had only one washer and dryer... for a 4 story building! We could hear quite a bit of street noise, and noise from neighboring units, however this did not keep us awake (and I am sensitive to noise... maybe was too tired from skiing).

Visited one of the units under All Season Resort Lodging. No clear instruction to check in. Have to call for codes to get in. No one answers the call after hour. I booked 4 nights, and they changed code on second day without notifying me. When I asked why, the "front desk" was not friendly. I could not make complaint to anyone. No more "all season resort lodging".

We were able to snag a nice last minute discount to stay here, however it wasn’t worth it. The amenities are outdated and they have horrible service. Basically the Silver King hotel manages the reservations and has to work with the Carriage House HOA people to get things done. 1. We came into our room with a half used roll of toilet paper. Had to call several times throughout the evening. Waited. Still did not receive a new roll until the next morning. We had to use paper towels since we ran out. 2. They advertise a beautiful two queen bed room, but can’t guarantee it based on their very fine print. Our room came with 1 FULL size bed and a pull out couch. Horrible. 3. They shut off our water!!! With ZERO notice and there was nothing we could do. Fortunately the Silver King receptionist refunded our room for that day. Basically the photos they advertise are very misleading. Service wise it is a huge miss since it’s routed through a third-party hotel. I would not return.
