the apartments are old, one maintenance guy flat out told me they'll remodel when I move. Most of the women in the office have terrible attitudes act as if you bothering them; when  what you approached them for is a big part of their job.  Best to walk right in because if you call and are a resident its a 50% chance you'll get the rude one all residents know which ones Im talking about, who main response to every time you try to describe  something is  to cut you off and go yea yea yea breath huff ok very snotty ok then when you interrupt her indignation   and finally get a word in edge wise to explain then she goes  ohh as if to say I didnt know that of  course you didnt I hadn't explained it to you before you tried to  brush me off...most of the Caucasian women dont know how to deal with black people they either talk you in a condescending manor or they do that oh god I dont want to talk to you but I have to to wide smile where it dont touch their eyes... one even tried to usher me out the office quickly accidentally touched my shoulder I looked back and she rubbing her fingers together like she touched something gross now  I know a shower and clean clothes mean your clean so I dont know what was her problem...but that isn't the first or the last incident of this kind...most of the people keep to themselves  so thats good if you talk to some of the residents their generally good people...the maintenance people knock very lightly on  your door and if you dont get up in time or god forbid in the bathroom they just walk right in...if you had to live in this place it would depress you daily  if you got other options go elsewhere it never truly feels like home because  the way  they make up new rules if one person sets their patio on fire doing something dumb with a bar b que grill everyone suffers it takes one incident to get something shouldn't be a privilege in your own home to be taken away...the cameras everywhere make you feel like you in a prison and I  might add they have done nothing to stop the real crime just the childish crimes like kids tagging places or hanging out on porches.  as I said if you got no other option grit your teeth and bare it but if you got other options dont move here.  I wish I could give it negative stars but I have to give at least one star

The ppl cool in the office. You can tell it's a work in progress which is awesome. Ppl who are rowdy are just that which is not in the worst because violence is everywhere. I've enjoyed my stay here. I will surely recommend it to whomever need a place just stay focused and busy tryin. Not in or with the crowds but striving for better. God bless us all 😇😇😇

I am an old resident of carriage house east , I am filing legal action because I have a judgement with them due to not being able to afford  my light bill being a single mother and also because of "damages" they said I've done when I had a short notice to move with no where to go . I'm filing legal action because I feel I shouldn't have to pay a dime because of all the trouble I had staying here. From neighbors breaking in and telling the office which they did nothing about , from the neighbors smoking crack having company all hours of the morning . I am not satisfied .
