Micro-managing management team. Move in after July 18th when the new folks come in. 

Also don't move in to building 2. They're always picking on that building about little things yet every building in the complex does it. Just a shorter walk to building 2 for them

Edit: then can you explain why we are singled out when literally the apartment next door had their ALSO EMPTY trash can left out?

At first glance, this property seems nice, but don't let the shiny façade get you. At the end of the day, its a corporate entity with one soul purpose: making money. That's why security is a joke, the treadmill will go months without being fixed, and they'll find any reason to hold on to a security deposit. 

I'm glad to finally be done with this place. We would have moved out early but the lease termination fees ended up being about 4 months rent. Do yourself a favor and live elsewhere.

I've lived here over 3 years. Beside the useual apt community living issues with neighbors or inconsiderate people whom refuse to clean up after there pets this is a nice clean community.  The assistant manager is always willing to listen and help resolve any issue with a smile. Maintenance is quick and friendly. You can always spot the maintenance team out on the property maintaining fixing picking up trash and picking up the dog poop left behind by inconsiderate pet owners. The pool wow the pool is always sparkling clean.

Come down to the pool and theirs people everywhere without pool bands. Theirs hi-tech cameras everywhere not being used. One person took down the life saving off the fence and untied and started playing with

Very poor customer service. They will lie to you just cover themselves! Receptionist is not helpful at all. DO NOT RENT HERE!
