Overall I am very satisfied with the outcome of choosing Carter Mario.  The reason that I am taking off a star is because there were times that the 'team' did not follow their 8-point guarantee.  For example, I was supposed to have access to my online account, I never received any of this information.  There were weeks that went by, and I never received a phone call or email regarding the status of my case.  There were times that I would reach out via email or phone call to see where my case stood and never received a response.  Finally, there was supposed to be a team of 4 dedicated to my case, only met 2 people.

Clinton, my case manager, was extremely helpful and I really enjoyed working with him.  Lindsey, my attorney, was extremely smart, understanding and helpful throughout the process.  I received the amount I was expecting.

Thank you for helping me through this tough process!  It is greatly appreciated! :)

Not knowing what to expect on my first visit (consultation) being nervous, I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Rebecca Howell who made the whole process very easy for me to understand, she was the only case worker who followed up with an email every month until my case closed.  I was very grateful to find her, and her knowledge in the type of case was helpful to me going through a very difficult time and very painful .  She showed she cared for her people I told her a couple of times, she was the best Carter Mario has in the Hartford Office.  To Ms. Howell -  Thank you so much for everything and hope others in the  firm follow your lead.  Your are the best May God  continues blessing you . Aida

I didn't know what to expect on my first visit. I had no clue how it works but I'm glad that I decided to go. They handles my case with pretty well and with such great professionalism and grace! Thank you Clinton for keeping me posted and answering all of my question!!! You're the best.
