I highly recommend David A. Zipfel & Associates, LLC. After my first meeting with Atty Zipfel and Atty Britschgi, I immediately knew I had made the right choice and I was in very capable hands. They always explained everything to me, and kept me informed at every step, so I never felt "out of the loop". Their guidance through the very long process helped me make the best decisions for my future, and for that I am very grateful. I was in a Automobile accident and hired David Zipfel to represent my case. David and his staff was very polite and answered always my questions and concerns. David settled my case with the insurance company with a positive outcome. David Zipfel’s office is very professional and I would recommend his office any time to family and friends.

My wife and I would have to say we would never use another law firm other than Dave Zipfel and associates ! We used them over 4 times for Real Estate , Civil , and Motor vehicle cases.  Outstanding at what they do!

David A. Zipfel and Associates helped me out in a motor vehicle case, a workers compensation case and then when I had a problem with a plumber Attorney Zipfel took on my case at no charge and sued the company, resulting in a very favorable recovery of damages for me and my family. I would recommend them to anyone who wants results
