The staff has been very accommodating.  Pam Parra did excellent endless, tedious work and was very helpful when I spoke with her.  Mark was willing to fight, but between the slight difficulties we came across, with an undocumented PA's report, I was frustrated.  I settled on the advice of Mark, but my husband and I were a little disappointed with our settlement.  I am affected for the rest of my life and need to be on medication.  The unfortunate fact that my PA never recorded my complaints about my back and (later added an addendum saying he remembered and added it to the file) hurt my credibility. It was a bad situation all around.  I know he did his best for me, the situation was just bad.  Thank you for the service and expertise your office brought to me.  I prayed for justice because I know God is a just God, and I'm trust the result to Him.

Attorney Lou Etemi did a great job with my case.He only had it for about a week,but my case had been on going for about a year. I originally had an attorney out of the Hartford office that never kept in contact with me and I barely spoke to his assistant as well. My case is finally resolved and I couldn't be happier with the results. I HIGHLY recommend Lou Etemi!

I was referred to Attorney Lou Etemi after I was involved in a motor vehicle accident last year by a good friend.  From the start I knew I made the right decision.  Lou and his paralegal Pam Parra went over the top for me.  They have always been very responsive and I feel like I now know them both on a personal level.  I can not express how grateful I am for all that they did for me after my injury.  They made everything very easy and had my best interest in mind.  It is easy to see Lou's compassion in his job, and he would not stop fighting for me until he knew I was compensated for my injuries as deserved.   Highly Recommend!!

This is second time I've used Trantolo and Trantolo and I can definintely say that if I were in another situation where I need a lawyer I'll return. Lou Etemi was the absolute best. He kept me informed throughout the entire process which helps. Lou, Tia and Pam were simply an amazing team. I would definintely recommend Trantolo and Trantolo to anyone that needs help.

I highly recommend Trantolo and Trantolo they are an excellent team dedicated to get justice for their coustomer. I just came in for a free consult and did not think I had a case because the person who was responsible for the harm done to me took off however they found a way and I received a great compensation for my pain and suffering.
