I've worked with Carter Nicholson for the past 3 years and very satisfied with their services. They are very responsive to clients needs. Side note, they sent me a beautiful birthday card to my surprise. I recommend their services to anyone seeking a good insurance office to work with.

I could have never found a better team to take care of my insurance needs. The office staff was very friendly and respectful. The agent was reliable and very knowledgeable. His professionalism and confidence assured me that I am in good hands. If I had to summarize my experience with the office in three words, those would be: dependable, trustworthy and courteous.

We have our home, auto and life insurance with them. So far our experience with them has been great, though we (luckily) haven't needed to file any claims.
