I found Aaron by chance when I first moved to Atlanta (15 years ago).  I can't even tell you how nice it is to deal with them over the years.  Every time - from home insurance to new cars they are super pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable.  A rarity in any industry these days.  I highly recommend them.

Thanks for being aggressive towards my wife as she attempted to file a claim from an accident caused by one of your clients. Luckly, State Farm claims department already had a claim on file for the accident and were very helpful.  It seems that Arron’s usefulness doesn’t extend beyond selling insurance products/ services.  Grateful to have USAA, I would never purchase anything from State Farm based on this experience.  

Like a bad neighbor , Arron is there.

Can't even remember how long I've been w/ Aaron, but I know he's great!  Ditto the young man he's got in the office, Teo.  Both are very pleasant and professional and a pleasure to do business with!  I don't think I've had a claim but I feel certain that if I did, they would do whatever they could to help me with it.
