They change bankers every quarter. It's like a stepping stone bank to get to a management or corporate position. When they can't handle a task they automatically direct you to corporate who take forever to answer or will vice versa send you back to the bank. The people are nice but either lazy or aren't trained well! This rating has more to do with corporate customer service.

This is my FAVORITE SunTrust branch. The staff are all so friendly and efficient!

I love this Suntrust branch. Its located in a Publix so no drive-thru, but they are open on weekends until very late, and Saturdays until the late afternoon, which frankly is completely unheard of!
