I work for a commercial HVAC company in a different city and used Carteret for an emergency service call at a vacation home. After hours response was good and pricing was fair. The technician was polite, knowledgable and the follow up was good. I would recommend them although I haven't used any other companies in the area for comparison.

was a prior employee, service department has lost all credibility, overcharging customers for very inexpensive parts, not honoring warranty, usually backed up on replacing parts in the summer because they can't anticipate what parts were used the most in prior years and only order parts as needed instead of keeping them on hand. also has family, friends, and employees giving 5 star reviews to boost ratings.
