Very Pleased, our new home had a water damage and Servpro came out at 2 in the morning. We were very stressed and they assured us everything was going to go back to the way it was. They worked with my insurance and I had piece of mind finally. Everyone was so friendly.

I am putting zero stars because this company took my husband for a ride to hell. I don't appreciate how they do business and I will be complaining to the BBB about this issue. They never send out a bill until a year later and destroy your home and don't take any action to fix it and charge an outrageous amount and then send you to collections for not paying, because you never got a bill. SO JUST A HEADS UP......NEVER USE THIS COMPANY TO DO RESTORATION OR ANYTHING THAT THEY DO! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I

This company took 4 months to complete our claim from water damage!! Blamed everything on their 3rd party contractors. So much miscommunication. Some things had to be done over twice because the first person did a terrible job. The final job still isn't 'perfect' but we were just done with them.

Worst service ever!  Do not contact!  Charged 800 dollars to pull off some base boards and pull up maybe 5 feet of carpet!  They wontvtell you the price intill 2 weeks after wards.  This place is a rip off and a joke
