Story

Jordan Maroules, Owner/Contractor
Jordan has had an interest in construction since childhood. At age 14, he turned that interest into a passion as he began his career working for a General Contractor in Kinston, NC. In addition to his hands on experience, Jordan continued gaining knowledge through formal education including obtaining a Bachelors of Science in Construction Management with a minor in Business Administration from East Carolina University. Upon graduation, he joined a construction firm in Eastern North Carolina as a Superintendent where he gained knowledge in green building and large scale projects. As he spent time on the coast of North Carolina, he saw an opportunity to start a construction/development company.
