My company, RL Property Management, has been working with Chris and team (primarily Amanda and Diane) at Cartridge World for about 2+ years now. I have been wowed time and again by their customer service! As someone who needs a little extra coaching in the tech department, I never feel like my questions are too basic or silly. When I inquire about needing help trouble-shooting issues with our sometimes-pesky machine, I'm presented with prompt, thorough instructions (sometimes even video guides emailed to me!) and always, always follow-up. Thanks, Cartridge World, for a positive experience every time!

Absolutely top notch customer service and great prices. I buy all the print cartridges for my company from Cartridge World of Gahanna and we have 7 different printers from multiple companies. The price alone is worth it but on top of that Chris is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He always knows what size to send over and if there is an option to upgrade to a cartridge with a bigger reservoir so I don't have to change it so often. Nice guy too he usually delivers all our orders in person. Give him a shot you know at the very least you're going to pay less than the big box stores.

Since Chris Ratchford took over this Cartridge World, I have interacted with him several times. He's always appeared to be friendly, up-front and honest, and determined to help the customer if at all possible. The last few days, I've worked with Chris as well as Amanda Suon, who also works there. She's just as friendly and determined to help the customer as Chris is. Interestingly enough, they could NOT get my latest printer problem solved. (I blame that on a sub-par printer; many others have had issues with that model.) However, even though they sell some refurbished printers, Amanda actually recommended one currently on sale at Staples over the ones they had as being better for my situation. On top of talking me out of buying one of their printers when I was about ready to, they also didn't charge me for their ill-fated attempts to fix my printer. Within reason, what more could I ask for? :) And the vast majority of the time, they DO get things working. I highly recommend them for ink refilling, and the other things they do. They appear to apply the Golden Rule to the way they treat their customers (treating them as they'd want to be treated) more than most businesses I've dealt with. They rock. :)
