Truly amazing customer service and great prices. These guys saved my trip to Columbus when I left my running shoes at home. Support local running and pay these nice folks a visit!

Big empty store with limited selection. If I want to order shoes, I'll just shop online. All they have is running shoes. That would have been nice to know before I drove to their store. The mobile Web page didn't make that clear.

Staff always listen to customer feedback and provide sound advice on shoe choice. I had significant knee and hip issues from running before seeking their advice and have had no issues since purchasing running shoes here.

I've had nothing but excellent experience here getting new shoes. Each time I've purchased shoes, the employees will thoroughly examine my current shoes for wear, fit, etc. They'll have several pairs of new shoes for me to try after they return from the back room. Also they've asked me if I like what I have and any upcoming races I'll be participating in. The beauty of it is that they have never pressured me into buying a particular pair.
