Jonathan was amazing. He spent so much time with us. I had my 90 year old mother in the store going from a flip phone to a smart phone. He was so patient and caring. He explained everything beautifully and gave helpful suggestions as well.   He even helped me with some features on my iphone that I did not even get from that store.  If you live anywhere in the vicinity on the east or northeast side of town, I highly recommend your going to this store for all of your phone needs.

Best Verizon Store EVER!  The entire staff is awesome; so helpful.  Taylor took care of helping me upgrade my phone and plan - she was great!  It's so refreshing to work with someone who truly cares about customer service and attention to detail.  I'd highly recommend this store!!
