Very happy with the cart we purchased, very friendly and great service

Purchased a Golf Cart in the summer of 2015 and have had nothing but problems with it. The reputation of Carts 'R' Us in the RV resort that we belong to used to be top notch. If you speak with any new customers and returning customers for that matter they will say that their reputation is not the same and has continued to get worse.

Carts R Us has been the only cart store I found to be owned by people who actually care about the carts they sell. They will come to you for a service call if your cart, purchased there or elsewhere, is having issues and will try to fix it on the spot. If they are unable to, they take the cart back to their store, fix it deliver it back and have outstanding prices. Every time I've went in the ladies at the counter are very nice and helpful. The owner and mechanic are very knowledgable about carts and are always willing to offer advice on what they feel will be next for your cart. I have recommended this store to MANY friends and family and everyone who has purchased carts there is overly happy about the quality of the cart and service.

I had a Snow Dogg plow put on my truck here, the prices were best in the area and the service throughout the entire experience was great.  Definitely recommend.
