Here some people in the office will welcome you and tell you, "Come on in anytime and hookup and we will take care of it the next business day," Then they will deny saying that and have you escorted from the property despite offering them plenty of money to take care of it. Don't park here, its boring and dirty. There was a mobile that burned and five weeks later the burned remains remain despite the investigation being over and no insurance company to pay for the clean-up. Eerie sight. Good luck Casa Del Sol you are going to need it.

Nice facilities, but owner makes up rules as he goes. If he doesn't like your looks, attitude or whatever might bother him, don't waist your time here. He breaks his own word if you act human around him. Like he's perfect and your not. Regular snow birder's were saying there not coming back next year because of him. A man in his late 50's said he was treated like 7 year old and is packing up and headed out never to return to this park. Again, nice park with nice shade trees, pool, pool tables....
So if you don't mind walking on egg shells during your stay, .....

I've never written a Google review. This is My first. I've been RVing for almost 25 years. I've owned and rented multiple RV's and I've stayed everywhere from KOA'S to primitive State parks. I've never experienced the lack customer service anywhere, as I did at Casa del Sol. Management gave me a great 4-month rate for the price of 3 months. After 10 weeks, we had to leave. The problems started with the manager John Collins, he makes no effort to ensure your comfort as a guest or tenant. Rude, self centered, a bully, denies responsibility, kicks you out of his office when you have concerns, and then offers you a refund to leave. When you're ready to leave, he denies the refund. Pool heated when it's 110, weeds everywhere, park lighting inoperable, locks on thermostats busted off, indoor shuffle board locked up during so called "off season", excercise machines in work out room broken down and poorly maintained, park is infested with spiders and ferral cats, homeless people walk freely in and out of park, I had my bike and a propane tank stolen. Park has surveillance cameras but management makes no offer to view footage when thefts are reported. Park security is a young kid who randomly rides around in a golf cart. John's wife, Shiann, is a wonderful person; nice, helpful, and kind. The park is about 70% vacant. Many spaces are filled with old, run down, park models with flat tires and boarded up windows. There's no restrictions on appearance. Many occupied spaces are public eyesores. This park is 5 stars out of 100. It's not an RV resort, it's a run down trailer park. Stay across the street at GOLDEN VILLAGE PALMS. its worth the extra money.
