So far so good. Reasonable rates by the month. Old RV's are welcomed. Some families and seniors live here. It is there home and a place they can afford to live. Nothing wrong with that. This is one of the nicest place we have stayed. The staff is very friendly and nice. Big laundry room and jacuzzi.

I live here and the manager and employees are wonderful. The location is great. The amenities are lovely and and nice addition. And everyone always waves and have been very welcoming to our family.

Came for a month and paid for a month. After the first night we wanted to move to a site closer to the wifi tower in order to get our WiFi we just paid for working.  WiFi is $20 extra and won't work unless you are right where the antenna tower is located.  We offered them a few choices of empty sites we would like to move to. Well after trying to talk nicely to them they firmly said 'no' once the payment is done there is nothing they can do. In the meantime the RV park if you want to call it that is 50% empty. And also the pool is not working since November 1st as our friends told us. Hot tub is working on and off never know ahead of time if today will be your lucky day to use it. The office people have an attitude they don't know our to deal with customers. We have been retired and rving for over 10 years and never never complained on line or otherwise about an RV park. Life is too short to be negative as far as I am concerned but there is a limit to what people will endure. As far as I am concerned people could find solutions without being rude or raising their voice. Overall this park is not good. Junky trailers everywhere, we we're told some of them are being evicted but still have not move yet. Save yourself and don't come to this place you may regret it. Life is too short to have a measurable time. Please enjoy life to the fullest!  Oh and by the way the showers are somehow cleaned I don't think the cleaning lady comes every day. Hit and miss for toilet paper too, my husband talked to the cleaning lady and her respond was 'they don't give me any to fill the washrooms'.  It looks like they are cutting back on everything. I did the laundry and my friends did their laundry at the same time as me. Well all our clothes came out from washers with white residues. That was a big disappoinment again. It seems like everything here is not working properly. Like I said save yourself and stay away. Not worth the aggravation.

We enjoyed our 4 week stay, very much.  The staff is friendly. There are a few full timers, but everyone is nice. There isn't much shade, but the area is pretty quiet.  The fitness room and laundry facilities are well maintained.

People there are very unfriendly and nosey. Theres no room for rv slides and asked if I could grow grass in my tiny patch of dirt and was denied. For the most part you have broken up gravel as your spot with a small part for concrete. Mainly a bunch of tweekers live here. Constant neighbors knocking on doors asking to borrow things and people walk through your yard. People who live in the park have even broken into my house. Would not recommend. Staff is unfriendly and lies, doesn't keep up with things they say they're going to do. Very unprofessional all around. If there was a smaller rating I'd give it.
