As residents here for 4 yrs, We must say POOR MANAGEMENT, Horrible people living as residents. DEFINITELY NOT a good place to raise children! Gangster Wannabe's, Crackheads, Shootings within Blocks! Homeless roaming around, digging in your trash, theft regularly! Squatters!!!! Wow!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Manager does not communicate well with tenants. New manufactured homes are made very poorly and fall apart in less than a year.

Hemet is really bad. This complex looks nice but is filled with them. Yuck!
