My husband leased out two cars, a Silverado and a Hyundai Santa Fe both 2008 and used. The cars were good except for the Hyundai having a strange noise that we were unable to repair. Don't make any negotiations with Don Jorge, he is one of the owners and has no self respect. We leased out two cars about 2 years ago, a Silverado and a Santa De Hyundai both 2008. We were always on time until my husband suffered a diabetic hospitalization and so I had a sit down with the lot staff and asked for payment adjustments or even refinance but was denied both methods. We then had to pay out in full the Silverado a $20,000 value at his lot, when we owed $5,000. The problem was that we needed to work out payments for the Hyundai and they agreed to it since my husband had just bought a truck and only owed $2,400 on the Hyundai. They didn't keep their word a week after we made a payment the repo man came and took our truck.I understand that Texas allows lots to repo without notice, but we would've turned the truck in without more bills adding to our name if he would've just told us no or we would've gathered a loan to pay it off. The repo man gavr us no whereabouts of where the car would be towed or paperwork but he did tow it from our home parking lot and we let him know that it was our home since he HAD to send us a post sale notice or a pre sale notice within 21 days that we never received and when we called to ask how we could get out truck back he simply laughed and said there was nothing we could do about it that he had already sent out a notice but we truly never received it. We never once fought with this man, cursed or made any bad actions for him to act this way but we will NEVER buy from this lot again as it was the worst experience with such dishonest people. May GOD bless this man and change his heart for he is wicked.
