Terrible, terrible, terrible.....They have had my car for 8 weeks and they keep giving me the run around. Don't trust them and don't do business with them. You will regret it later. Now all of the phone numbers don't work.

I bought  car from them out of state. They told me they sent the title to my bank the day I bought. I waited 2 weeks and emailed them. They apologized and said they would send it out that day. I waited another 2 weeks about and never got it. They would not answer any of my emails, or texts this time. Therefore, I decided to call them and they said they were waiting on the title from the auction. They did not tell me the truth and kept me waiting for weeks. I highly don't recommend this dealership for out of state buyers.

Too many Title issues and lost trust The initial experience was smooth but after 4 months after purchase I still havent recieved registration items to be sent to me wich includes title, and they seemed to have dissapeared from there 1730 Forest Ln location dismissing current obligations with recent customers, and all contacts no longer work.

Great buying experience.  Honest and transparent.  Made sure I was happy driving off the lot.  It's refreshing to find a place with individuals who arent blowing smoke to get a sale.  I love my 2006 mercedes c230.  I highly recommmend going to Fayes when looking at a quality high end vehicle at a great price.
