Mr. Zhang is absolutely professional! Strongly recommended if you need service for your vehicle. We had our fuel pump replaced and he gave very useful suggestions and reasonable price. Very satisfied.

This guy is a lier. If you want to buy a car from him, make sure to take your car right at that moment and DO NOT let him pay the tax title registration fees. Pay yourself, you will save hundreds of dollars.
Good thing about SZ Auto, they will let you see the carfax report. I would say, his car collection is good.

Sean and his team were fantastic. We had been previously taken advantage of by another dealer and Sean went out of his way to work with our new budget and put us in a safe vehicle. He went above and beyond for us and several months after the sale, continues to do so.

Very good company for dealing cars and repairing cars. The owners are very keen for helping and suggesting. I'll show some details here. I bought a 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid from it on Aug 2106, which was a really good one. But it had some problem recently. So I went to this store to check my car last week, and the result showed that due to my own bad driving habit, the battery of hybrid was in poor condition and needed to be replaced. While the price of this kind of battery is extremely high. Since I'm an international student from other country, I may hesitate for a long time to decide whether to repair it or not. But Shawn, the owner, searched something online and then told me that the battery was still in the period of warranty. And he strongly recommended me to fix it at Honda rather than at his store. This may save me thousands of dollars. And finally I replaced the battery at Honda, which decreased Shawn's income definitely. I just wanna say this is really an honest store. Shawn and the lovely repairman in his company will tell you the true condition of your car and give you the best choice. That's the most important reason for me to trust it. SZ AUTO is really a perfect choice if you want to get a used car or repair your car.

Shawn and his group at SZ Auto Inc are great. We called and talked about what we were looking for, picked out a car, and bought it in the same day. Super easy process. He made us a good deal. And we felt fairly treated. I highly recommend him and his company.
