Beautiful community, with an office staff that is quick to respond to needs of its residents. The pool is amazing and the location is great as it’s in Oro Valley and close to so many shopping centers. The Mountain View’s speak for themselves. I would def recommend this place if your looking for a nice home priced fairly for its location.

New owners are bad. They show no concern for your problems. I’ve never had any problems with the previous management. What a shame because I️ used to like it here and was considering renewing but after the conversation I️ had today with the staff, I️ now know where I️ stand as a resident here. Thanks for treating me like trash.

Thank God for the new staff here!!! Yesterday there was an emergency on property and the water had to be shut off. Not ideal no but man did they take care of this issue! Before I could even call to report the issue I got a text on my phone telling me it would be out and that they had a professional company coming out to work on the pipes. They then kept us all updated via text and email every step of the way. When I went in to ask if I could steal some of their water from the dispenser down stairs the girl at the front desk told me the water machine in the laundry room was working still and gave me some free coins to try it out. THAT is customer service. I can't imagine how stressed they must have been because the phone wouldn't stop ringing asking about the water but through out it all they seemed calm friendly and caring. I am very greatful to have them here. And for anyone wondering the water issue was fixed same day and they even notified everyone as to when it came back on.

Just got suckered into signing a year lease. Office failed to mention they don't allow medical marijuana on property. They were kind enough to let me know with absolutely no time to find a new apartment that would allow a disabled resident to medicate themselves. Look elsewhere.

I do not like this place. Thin walls new management company sucks .. john and Juan  were  the best choice for here.. not karle and the lady with rbf..
