Great Location. People are trained and friendly.  Josh took what I found out later was 5 minutes of his break time to answer questions.  I wish the Alpine location had half the education and experience this team does!

Super disappointed by the service and quality here.  Too bad I have to give it one star!  They pack you in the wash like sardines even though the line is HARDLY 3 cars deep.  They don't take the time to spray off the front and back anymore.  Splash and dash service at best.  We've addressed these problems with the owner while he feverishly took notes.  No.  Change.  Canceling my monthly wash service.

This was my second chance visit. Water Works, I would be able to get in my car and drive away knowing they did a good job. April 26 at 10 ish bought platinum car wash. My console never wiped or vacuumed around. Dash wipe down with conditioner had so many missed spots. Drivers side door frame not wiped down at all.I did have a pretty messy car. Unable to get out and clean because of health issues. But expected competent job. Did not choose to go back and have recleaned. My time out valuable to me. Car ahead of mine had to call them out to clean sun roof. Had been sprayed but not cleaned.only came back because I was given 20$ gift card. Still spent 15$ more. Not worth the 35$. No third chance from me.

We have taken our cars here for years but today was the first day we visited it since Mister bought it. The renovation looks nice but the actual work on or car was horrible. The counsel was dirty with spots that I could wipe off with my finger but somehow they missed them. The carpet was vacuumed poorly. It would be one thing if I went with the cheap package but I got the $35 package as the guy said it was the best. Not sure I would come back.

The car wash is good, but they no longer do any deep clean detailing.
