They're now zips car wash and they've switched chemicals to wash your vehicle and the wash has left a white film dried over my vehicle that can't be washed off and once contacted the upper management their response is we understand if you don't want to continue service with us and wish you better luck somewhere else.... but they're not going to help remove the film their wash left on my vehicle... I'd give 0 stars if it was possible.. I highly recommend not going to this wash because they don't care about their customers or their customers cars...... don't say all these 1 star reviews didn't warn you... their last comment to me was zips is here to stay.... I hope they fail miserably and go bankrupt with that type of concern for their customers... they'll be hearing my my attorney very soon since they couldn't handle the issue with me directly

I, too, wish it were possible to leave 0 stars. Since the company changed ownership, they decided to do away with the towels at the vacuum stations which are necessary to keep spots from forming over the entirety of your vehicle. Other car washes I have been to have at least two things that this place needs; one, they could use a large mirror above their entrance bay so that you can see where your tires are in relation to the track. I personally don't have a problen getting onto the tracks myself, however I see many people who do and the fix is easy. Secondly, after doing away with the towels at the vacuum stations, they should have implemented another system I've seen at similar car washes where two men stand on either side of your vehicle as it exits the car wash and use air nozzles and towels to dry off your windows and mirrors, keeping them from spotting. So, if you don't mind spending $15 on a car wash only to have your vehicle covered with spots after it dries, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I would advise you to stay away.

If I could give them 0 stars I would but I had to put one unfortunately.  I do not recommend going here. It has gone down hill completely. Its now zips. After the change they decided to go the cheap route changing their cleaning chemicals, getting rid of towels & spray etc. Their chemicals have ruined my car you can see the splash stains/spots in it. Its so hard to get off. My car has never looked like this.  Once bringing it to their attention Their manager and staff is full of crap coming up with ridiculous excuses.  I cannot believe a buisness would even take care of issues the way they have.

Nice and fast. Get's my truck clean evertime. Also free vacuum cleaners and a nice shaded spot to park under.

Currently using there monthly membership for the second to highest option (don't need the wax every time). Subtracting 1 star for the issues with breakdowns. They have continuously had issues with brushes not spinning, and I have noticed on some occasions, the pressure for the liquid hasn't been great so some parts of the car don't get the soap and wax. Otherwise, it a great value, similar to the price of gas station car washes, and you can go unlimited times with the monthly pass!

Update: they have changed ownership for the third time (now zips car wash). They have removed the free towels and glass cleaner. They also stopped doing a pre wash, but they were nice enough to leave the buckets and brushes if you want to do it yourself.
