Car wash doesn’t clean well at all (spots all over my car and places that didn’t even get touched). The back of my car literally didn’t get a bit of soap or water. Spent $20 for the “best” wash and I’ve gotten better $5 washes at gas stations. The vacuums are more like brooms with a little bit of suction. They don’t provide towels anymore so you have to bring your own. I could go on and on...

There machines are not the best. My experiences with them were not the best. I gave them too many chances. They seem to can't get it right. Scratches on new vehicle. Immature workers. This new car wash needs prayer.

Used to be goood. I paid $20.00 for the works they used to brush the front and back of your car , I guess now they don’t. It looked like the back of my car wasn’t even touched by a brush at any point during the drive through the wash machine. Also should have gotten tire shine applied on all four tires. The two on the passenger side had a little bit on them but the drivers side didn’t have any. Not worth the money. I’ll wash by hand from now on.

We've been here a few times since the new owners / name change.  Quality took a dive since the change.  It never gets either of our cars clean especially the back of the vehicles.  The "gates" they installed at the payment kiosks are ridiculous and I suppose they were put in place so there is no need for an attendant there.  We go here when we need a quick wash otherwise we go to a different wash.  Bring back Cascades!

Absolutely awful service!!! 
The people that work there are super rude and never doing their job. The wash isn’t good either. Nothing about this place is worth the money or time.
