The pizza is great - and the pizza counter customer service USED to be good... Too many good employees moved on. Now for the second time in a couple of months my pizza order made on the Casey's app on my phone has not been STARTED until I arrived to pick it up at the time the order confirmation said it would be done... What is the point of ordering in advance if I walk in before my order is started. Word to the wise - order on the phone and hope they make it in time for your pick-up.... If the pizza wasn't soooo good, I'd never come back here.
UPDATE September 2017: the store seems to have improved service - delivery is always on time and the drivers are professional and courteous.

Most of the employees here are very friendly and great people. But there always are some bad apples, for the next time you decide to take a trip to Casey's on 79th and Quivira you might skip the pizza because there is a particular employee by the name of Edward that is very vocal about his feelings about white people. Edward works in the Pizza Kitchen and dislikes white people, I'm not just guessing or speculating it's kind of hard not to hear his comments when someone has such a big mouth like he has. This African-American gentleman is very rude and I wouldn't doubt if he was the type of person that went into the restroom and didn't wash his hands coming out. This is just my personal opinion and what I have observed so next time you're in to get a quick bite at the pizza place inside of Casey's you might think twice about that pizza and not to mention the fact that somebody with such hatred towards white people is making your food considering that at least half of the people coming in the store are white or other ethnicities. When you're in there pay attention to someone talking really loud and obnoxious, I'll bet you money the employee's name is Edward. I'm just still trying to figure out how he is kept his job considering he's been there for a little while. Just to make things clear I'm not the only person who has heard him and noticed what type of person he is and the people that have been with me are of other ethnicities it just so happened to be African-American Or Hispanic. I know that I've complained and maybe someone reading this will here something inappropriate and will complain as well. I know I wouldn't want someone serving the food to have such ignorance towards people. It's almost 2018 and you would think by now people would get over the race card because we're all the same color underneath our skin but some people just can't seem to realize that and I don't think that type of ignorance will ever go away in my lifetime or anyone else's which is very sad.

Its convenience is its big draw.  I used to dearly love their ham and egg breakfast pizza, but they quit serving individual slices.  Personal disappointment.  They also use points off from HY-VEE purchases which is a plus.

Ordered a pizza on the mobile app. Arrived at estimated time, employee was smoking and flirting with someone in a car. I thought they were a prostitute or something until they came in 5 minutes later and asked what I needed. Refused to acknowledge there was an order until I pulled up the confirmation on my phone, continued to make excuses and eventually asked me to pay full price and then wait another 20 minutes. This level of customer service seems surreal. They will do anything to avoid work it seems.

The pizza is good. Much better than any other gass station and just as good if not better than chains pizza. I have ordered pizza here several times and never had a problem.
