First visit impression: fantastic. The sauces were honestly the best part but the chicken was stellar. Well cooked, juicy, fresh food. A generous portion of fries cooked and salted perfectly also accompanied the Hungry Plate. The best chicken I've had in a while, watch out Chick-fil-A. The only thing I would change would be the sauce portions. I ran out of sauce and still had half a tray of fries and 3 chicken tenders left. We will definitely be back. Also, if you aren't that hungry or just don't eat much, the Hungry Plate will last you for a couple meals, making the slightly higher price well worth it.

Lots of great choices to choose from. Desserts in a jar are super delicious although I feel they are a little over priced. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because their chicken tenders are good, but Cane's Chicken strips are better. Still delicious tho! And the staff is always very friendly.

I have visited this location quite often since it's not far from me.  There has been times where the food is excellent and then other times when it is sub-par.  I visited this location yesterday and I had to say something after a minute or two when I pulled up because no one said anything.  My food was fresh and hot but the fries were VERY salty.  I didn't bother going back because I had somewhere to be.  There has been a couple of times I have had to wait more than 20 minutes and I never really get an outgoing vibe from the staff but they are young and don't know anything about being outgoing I guess.  I just basically come for the food.  The sauces are great and I would highly recommenced them when the food is actually fresh.  But I really don't think that they cook to order all the time.  There has been times when my wings are dry, chewy, and almost cold.

Tried this place out today.  Essentially they focus on fried chicken tenders.  There are number of smaller chains out there nationally with the same concept.  Anyhow I'm glad I ordered the 4-strip meal instead of the standard 3-piece meal, as the tenders are small.  The seasoning and juiciness of the chicken was good, but as a chicken focused place that's the bare minimum standard in my opinion.  I recently went to another chicken focused restaurant called Raisin' Canes Chicken Fingers, that had bigger pieces and I preferred that experience.  I think I'd rather buy the fresh and much larger tenders from the Hen House supermarket just down the street on 87th street.  Four chicken fingers there would be like twice the meat.  Bottom line, is they aren't bad but not blown away on the value front.

Slim Chickens offers a value proposition that  Buffalo Wild Wings never will. My wings came out fast and warm. The best part about these wings was the large variety of sauces to choose from and the price. They were a little chewy and on the smaller side, but honestly I was just happy I wasn't at Buffalo Wild Wings. Check out Slim Chickens for quick and affordable wings.
