I hadn't been here for about 3 years and had a friend's visiting from out of town, so intro'd him to Zarda's. The food is as just as great as I remember it being, but customer service, at least today, was absolutely not as good as I've experienced in the past. The server kept interrupting and assuming she knew what I wanted, started shouting out items on my order, which they immediately threw into the fryer, when that's not what I wanted. Basically, I paid $34 for a meal for 2 and I didn't get what I wanted. People were lining up behind us, so I didn't ask her to correct it, but I doubt I'll be back. If I do, I'll just have to make the people behind me wait while she corrects what she screwed up. VERY DISAPPOINTED in this visit.

Been twice, both times only because people I was meeting wanted to go. Not really a fan of the food. It's not bad but this City offers some of the greatest BBQ in the Country so why settle for not bad?

Zarda has long been a fixture in the area. Their food has good flavor. Portion size is adequate but a little on the small side. Expect to spend $10-12 per person.

It's been awhile since I've been to zarda's. Nice meaty ribs. Beans are still really good.

Zarda's is probably my favorite place to stop in for a quick BBQ fix.  I love the beef brisket sandwich with their sweet potato fries (extra crispy, of course).  I often just stop by the drive through so I can eat at home.
